Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian IC number or passport number, and a valid email address or mobile phone number. 99play1 reserves the right to verify this information through third-party KYC providers at any time. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Each User is permitted to maintain exactly one Account on 99play1. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same name or different names — will be treated as duplicate accounts. 99play1 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated wagers, and forfeit any Bonus Funds across all such accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 99play1 login credentials (username and password). You must not share your login credentials with any third party for any reason. 99play1 will never ask you to reveal your password. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you will be held responsible for all such activity whether or not it was authorised.
You must notify 99play1 immediately via live chat or at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your Account or any breach of the security of your login credentials. 99play1 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised Account access unless such loss results directly from our own negligence.
You agree to keep your Account information accurate and up to date. Changes to your registered name, date of birth, or national identity number are not permitted except in exceptional circumstances with documentary evidence and prior approval from 99play1 compliance. You may update contact information such as email address and phone number through the Account Settings panel.
99play1 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank online transfer, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, and cryptocurrency. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to each payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. These limits are subject to change without notice.
All deposits are subject to processing verification. 99play1 accepts only funds belonging to the Account holder — deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts, credit cards, or other persons are prohibited. 99play1 reserves the right to return any deposit made from an ineligible payment source and to suspend the Account pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification before processing. Verification documents required include a clear copy of your Malaysian IC (front and back) or valid passport, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method as the most recent deposit where technically possible. 99play1 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests and to request additional documentation where the source of funds is unclear.
Processing Times: Withdrawals to Touch 'n Go eWallet and Boost are typically processed within minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals to Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank are typically processed within one business day for verified accounts.
All Account balances on 99play1 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise stated. Cryptocurrency deposits will be converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation.
99play1 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any wager at our sole discretion. Bets are accepted subject to the availability of funds in your Account at the time the bet is placed. A bet is deemed accepted only when confirmed by the platform with a unique bet reference number. Pending or in-progress bets may not be cancelled by the User except where a cash-out option is explicitly offered and the User exercises it in accordance with cash-out terms.
In the event that 99play1 offers odds or prices that are materially incorrect due to a technical error, human error, or data feed malfunction, 99play1 reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous price and refund the stake to the User's Account Wallet. This includes, without limitation, situations where the offered price is significantly inconsistent with prevailing market prices at the time of bet placement.
Maximum payout limits apply per event, per day, and per game type. These limits are published in the relevant game or betting rules section within the platform. 99play1 reserves the right to reduce payout limits for specific markets or events at any time prior to settlement.
A bet may be voided and the stake returned in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation or postponement beyond the applicable rules period; technical failure affecting the integrity of a live game result; and identification of a pricing error as described above. Void bets are settled at odds of 1.00 (stake returned).
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotions offered by 99play1 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. General bonus principles are outlined below, but the specific promotion terms take precedence in the event of any conflict.
Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Unless otherwise specified, the minimum odds for qualifying bets in sportsbook promotions are 1.50. Wagers placed on certain high-variance or excluded games may not contribute toward wagering requirements.
Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are limited to one per User, per household, per device, and per IP address. 99play1 will void all bonus funds and associated winnings and may suspend Accounts where it determines that a User has attempted to claim a new-player bonus on a duplicate or secondary Account.
Unless stated otherwise, Bonus Funds that have not been used or that have not met the applicable wagering requirement within 30 days of crediting will expire and be removed from the Account Wallet without further notice.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on 99play1 and constitute material breaches of these Terms. 99play1 reserves the right to immediately suspend any Account, void all associated wagers, and forfeit all funds in the event of any of the following:

Self-excluded players must not attempt to re-register or circumvent exclusion measures. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 99play1, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of — or inability to use — the 99play1 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of gaming opportunity.
99play1's total aggregate liability to any User arising from or related to their Account or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability, net of any amounts already withdrawn.
99play1 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may temporarily affect platform availability. 99play1 will not be liable for losses arising from platform downtime, game interruptions due to connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
99play1 reserves the right to suspend or restrict an Account at any time without prior notice where we reasonably suspect: a breach of these Terms; fraudulent or suspicious activity; pending KYC verification; a conflict with responsible gaming obligations; or where required by our licensing authority or applicable law. During suspension, access to the Account, its Wallet balance, and the ability to place wagers may be restricted.
99play1 reserves the right to permanently close an Account and terminate these Terms at any time where a material breach has been confirmed, where KYC verification cannot be completed to our satisfaction, or where continued operation of the Account is no longer commercially or legally viable. Upon termination for cause, any Real Money Funds remaining in the Account after deduction of voidable bonus funds and associated winnings will be returned to the User via their verified payment method.

Before closure, all pending wagers will be settled according to normal rules, and any remaining Real Money Funds after deduction of ineligible bonus amounts will be returned to your verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.
